After placing your order, we will add the order to our shipping schedule. Most gifts and small orders can be made and shipped the same or next business day depending on the time of year. Larger orders may take additional time, based on our schedule and the quantity and customization you are interested in. When ordering online we will contact you as quickly as possible if we are unable to meet your delivery date.

​We've shipped orders with 6 pops and orders with 60,000+ pops, simply reach out to us with any questions--we're here to help make your event a little bit sweeter!

SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our products we try to keep all orders in transit for no longer than 2 business days. We ship via Fedex and the USPS. When possible, please avoid Monday and Tuesday delivery dates--we don't want chocolate sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

LOCAL DELIVERY orders over $50

We delivery locally through the Triangle to select zip codes. Simply let us know the delivery address, contact person with phone number and the ideal time and we'll have your order there. We deliver our cake pops, gift baskets, cake towers, cupcake arrangements and more to RALEIGH, WAKE FOREST, CARY, APEX, and HOLLY SPRINGS. 

PACKAGING

After creating your sweets, we individually wrap each and every treat and pack them in a small box--either a bakery box or other small box, depending on your item/order.

If a gift is being sent we will tie a bow around the box and add your personal note (optional).  If you ordered something larger, perhaps a wholesale case, we pack the treats in small boxes of 25-40 per box and then ship in one large case. Up to 400 units can typically fit in a case. 

SUMMER/SPRING HEAT

Since we ship from North Carolina, we pay close attention to the weather year-round. If it's too hot (over 75) we will always pack with ice packs and wrap the package with insulated liner.

STORAGE

Once you receive your order we suggest enjoying your sweets right away. If you are ordering for a party or event please request a delivery date one or two days prior to the actual event date. While the product won't "go bad" in that short amount of time we still suggest that fresh is best! If you would like the product sooner simply freeze, thaw and serve. Most items thaw in a matter of an hour or two. Leave the product wrapped. Actually, some clients LOVE eating the pops right from the freezer!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We make your order just for you so of course we do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives correctly and on time, unfortunately sometimes there are obstacles we cannot avoid or mistakes are made--incorrect shipping address, FedEx delays, human error, etc.  In the event that you do not receive your order on time or the product arrives damaged we will issue you a refund or replacement.

COUPONS & DEALS

99% of the time we have a coupon code or deal running. If you saw a code online and it isn't working at checkout, let us know, we'll adjust the order accordingly. Either reach out to us or note it in your order. Please note our discount codes & deals are offered one offer per order.
